Special Notice

On Wednesday, September 1, the GGG will be asking for volunteers to serve on the Executive Committee of the Greely Gardeners Group for the next year. There are several positions vacant. Since the committee meets only once a month, the time commitment is not very onerous. If you would like to see what the committee does, consider joining us at our August meeting (with no obligation). Please contact Heather if you would like to join us in August.

The election for the 2010-2011 Executive Committee positions will take place at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, October 6.

Nomination are being sought for five of the six Executive Officers:
President; Vice-President; Treasurer; Secretary
and Events Coordinator. The Past President position is filled by our outgoing President.

In additon to the elected Executive Officers, up to three additional members may be recruited to serve on the Executive Committee in supporting positions, so members are encouraged to volunteer to provide assitance when required.

Please contact Heather at 613-821-7445 or haclemenson@sympatico.ca for additional information.
